Chris is a dedicated project and program management professional with 12+ years of experience delivering multi-disciplinary civil road infrastructure projects.  Chris has built an industry wide appreciation for his ability to deliver civil infrastructure projects across Queensland.  Chris's experience includes leading some of the largest road marking projects across Australia, managing large scale state-wide programs and business improvement projects within the public sector.   

After working within the public sector for 18 years, Chris founded Tactical Project Solutions in late 2021 to work with like minded professionals to deliver projects using tailormade solutions that drive value for their customers in both the public and private sectors.
